When using Quicktalk hereinafter referred to as the 'Service' belonging to BJT PARTNERS, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 1,250,000 euros, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 480234210, whose registered office is located at 50 bis rue Maurice Arnoux, 92120 Montrouge, France, hereinafter referred to as 'BJT PARTNERS', is required to process personal data concerning you.

BJT PARTNERS, is committed to ensuring the protection, confidentiality and security of your personal data that it collects and that constitute an essential element of our relationship, in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), (together the 'Applicable Regulation').

BJT PARTNERS takes all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the GDPR and, therefore, the confidentiality of your personal data. For this reason, only a limited number of people can have access to your personal data, knowing that measures of Personal Data protection were set up with all these recipients, in particular by means of contractual provisions. 

For the provision of the Service, BJT PARTNERS may have to transfer certain personal data provided by the Customer to sub-processors, who may be located outside the European Economic Area and do not ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.

To this end, BJT PARTNERS undertakes, in accordance with the GDPR, to set up a mechanism to cover such a transfer in a manner that complies with the GDPR and in particular with the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission to govern the transfer of personal data to sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area.

5. Where are your personal data hosted?

All the personal data we collect are hosted on our servers in France or in the European Union. We have equipment in 6 points of presence in the Paris region and in the overseas departments. We do not use service providers to host your data.

BJT PARTNERS implements all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected and processed, and in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties, by ensuring a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with the processing and the nature of the personal data to be protected, taking into account the level of technology and the cost of implementation.

Calls made from Quicktalk are encrypted (SRTP). Requests to the API are made using HTTPS only (TLS).

Incoming and outgoing calls (except intra-Quicktalk calls) are handled via direct interconnections with the telephone operators providing the transit (such as Orange, SFR, Belgacom or Tata).

7. How long is your personal data retained?

Your personal data is retained for the time necessary to meet the legal and contractual obligations to which BJT PARTNERS is subject. The data retention period depends on its nature:
