How to do double listening

Double-listening is a feature reserved for the account administrator. From the Quicktalk interface, you can watch the calls in progress on the bottom right of your dashboard. With a simple click, activate the double-listening to hear the conversation that is taking place live.

Is the user aware that he is being listened to?

No, when the administrator activates the double-listening on a call in progress, the users are not notified.
