How do I filter calls according to my operating hours?
The first step in creating your Quicktalk numbers is to indicate the business hours of your telephone service.
These times generally correspond to the times when you and your team are available to handle your customer calls.
During your business hours, calls can be redirected:
directly to users,
to a voice menu (press 1, press 2…)
to voice message.
How do I add business hours?
Choose the number for which you want to set a time schedule in app.quicktalk.com > Configuration.
Change the time slots with the sliders. With the right click, you can add as many time slots as you want.
Add a schedule of “on-call duty”
You can also add a time slot with different call distribution rules by double clicking, so that calls are distributed to different people at different times.
