How to listen to live calls from your team?

As an administrator, you have the ability to listen in on all your team's calls to improve your company's telephone support.

Prerequisite

You must be declared as "administrator" in app.quicktalk.com > Users

Transfer call
  1. Activity-Go to app.quicktalk.com > Activity
  2. Move the mouse over the current call you wish to listen to
  3. Click on "Listen" to hear the conversation live.
