They can also access detailed call log reports from the application dashboard and export the same CSV files. Voicemails can be routed to email inboxes for easier access.
In addition, Pro and Pro+ subscribers can get their voicemails transcribed and forwarded to an email inbox.
Ooma and OpenPhone have similar call monitoring options.
OpenPhone admin account holders get full control over all phone numbers and user accounts. Agents can follow up on calls and voicemails with predefined messages. These messages can also be used to respond to text messages.
